Le Village de Sport, Mediterrania-Saïdia, Morocco. An exclusive development of villas and townhouses only available through New Era Overseas and due for completion in 2009.

We are honoured to be working alongside some of 'England's Finest' in the promotion of this extremely sought after project which follows on from the success of the existing Le Jardin de Fleur developments.

The Properties

This resort offers luxury Roman-Greek style villas and townhouses situated overlooking the golf course and adjacent to the world class sports centre.

The number of bedrooms in these properties range from two to four and all villas have their own private pool. Each property comprises a modern Nobilia kitchen with integrated Siemens appliances, luxury furniture and fittings, marble flooring, air-conditioning and satellite TV.

All the properties will be built according to European standards and will have a 10 year construction guarantee.
