Le Village des Amis, Mediterrania-Saïdia, Morocco. An exclusive (19 acre) development of villas only available through New Era Overseas and due for completion in 2009.

We are honoured to be working alongside some of 'England's Finest' in the promotion of this extremely sought after project which follows on from the success of the existing Le Jardin de Fleur developments.

John Terry, Rio Ferdinand and Gary Neville are backing the scheme and are investing significantly within the site themselves along with many of their team-mates. This project will be one of the most exciting and significant additions to this much sought after Plan Azur resort.

The VVT7 project is comprised of 60 luxury Rhiad Villas, front and second line to the golf course. Due to its world class sports facilities, a large number sporting personalities have already indicated their desire to own property on this fantastic new site. The reception will offer a 24 hour service catering to all your holiday requests, whether you wish to hire a bike, book an excursion to the mountains, a tour of the medina or make a reservation at another clubhouse or restaurant in the resort.

Owners will receive a Club card allowing you to benefit from preferential rates on numerous services and facilities throughout Mediterrania-Saïdia. The Club card is also available for a small fee to guests staying in our resorts.

The Properties

This resort offers luxury Moroccan Rhiad style villas situated by the golf course and adjacent to the world class sports centre.

The number of bedrooms in these properties range from three to four and all villas have their own private pool. Each property comprises a modern Nobilia kitchen with integrated Siemens appliances, luxury furniture and fittings, marble flooring, air-conditioning and satellite TV.

All the properties will be built according to European standards and will have a 10 year construction guarantee.

• Structure: All properties will be constructed with reinforced concrete columns and beams to conform to Morocco's seismic regulation.
• Roofing: Top-quality rustic tiling.
